Exhibitors are responsible for their own money, items, and taxes. Limited wall spaces are available, and we will fill them in on a first-come basis as registrations are received, so register as soon as possible. Please ensure you review ALL the following information:
RENTAL INFORMATION
- WALL ROW - 1st Table or Space is $60. 2nd Table or Space is $50. Example: 2 Spots = $110.
- REGULAR ROW - 1st Table/Space is $40; 2nd Table/Space is $20. Example: 2 Spots = $60.
Spaces are an 8-foot long x 3-foot wide table with 2-feet of space behind the table.
Vendors are limited to two (2) Spots due to the increased interest from crafters and vendors. There is no charge for shoppers to attend this craft fair, however we will have Free Will Donation can available with funds collected being given to a local charity (example: Siouxland Food Bank).
Please mail your registration well in advance of the DEADLINE to ensure that it is received in time to be included in our show. This allows time to map vendors to tables/spaces and fill any open spots.
PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION
DEADLINE IS JUNE 1, 2026
SET-UP TIMES:
FRI, Nov 13th, setup between 5:00-8:00 PM
SAT, Nov 14th, setup between 7:00-8:30 AM
We DO NOT have access to moving carts to load/unload your items, so plan accordingly.
We ask that all crafters/vendors be set up no later than 8:30am on Sat Nov 14, so that we are all ready to go by doors opening at 9:00am.
We also ask that once set up, please park your vehicles/trailers in the Far South Parking Lot that is partially gravel and partially blacktop-
To avoid any confusion as to where to park after you are unloaded - There will be a sign posted –
This is to allow for maximum number of parking spots available for Craft Fair Shoppers
SOP YOUTH GROUP FUNDRAISER
Breakfast: Coffee, Juice, Rolls.
Lunch: Taverns, Hot Dogs, Coney Dogs, Chips, Pop, and Baked Goods.
This is a fundraiser and we ask that you do not bring in any baked items to sell. Thank you!

You can now submit registration for your booth online:
Step 1: Go to our website: https://www.shepherdofpeacechurch.com
Step 2: Select “YOUTH CRAFT FAIR” from the main menu (on left or via three horizontal lines)
Step 3: Click on the highlighted link “CLICK HERE FOR VENDOR REGISTRATION”.
Step 4: Follow the instructions on the form and when finished, click “Submit Information”
- Note-1: If you do not have an email address, please put “N/A” in this box.
- Note-2: We appreciate you talking/sharing info about our show with other vendors!
Please have any referrals contact us first, as we have many vendors who are already established and they have been faithful participants, so we want to avoid having someone registering online and creating a duplication. Here is an example: “Tastefully Simple” has been a vendor at our show since the very beginning. As a crafter/vendor myself, I know how hard it can be to get into shows, but we need to respect those who have been consistent supporters of our show. Thank you for your support and understanding.
When you are submitting your info, please be as specific as possible. For example, if you two (2) spots but you only want one (1) table for 1 spot and you want open space for the 2nd spot. You will select 1 spot with Table and 1 Spot without table.
We also need you to be specific in the type of items you have so that we can map our crafters and vendors accordingly within the area. (For example, I have two people with jewelry, I want to space them apart from each other). Also Crocheted items, or handsewn items - this makes it vague please try to be a little more specific in type of crocheted items. (for example crocheted doilies) (handsewn microwave bowl pads)
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JUNE 1, 2026
This allows us to open available spaces up to other crafters and keep us from having open spaces.
