Offerings via ACH (Automatic Clearing House)
Withdraw Authorization Form
Automated Clearing House or ACH is a secure and efficient way to submit your weekly offerings. The way it works is, by filling out the form below, you provide a specific amount that you are wanting to have electronically deducted from your checking account each week. Your financial contribution is then automatically withdrawn from your account directly into the Shepherd of Peace account. Shepherd of Peace will then receive automatic reporting for us to update your financial contributions. You will need to provide a voided check for use in validating account information as required by our bank.

Print and fill out the ACH authorization form and return your completed for to the church either and place in the offering plate or deliver to the church office directly.
