Reports:
Pastor’s Report- Number of Congregation Members- approximately 200
2024 Congregation Mission and Ministry Commitment - Motion made by Robert (Bob) Lee for Congregation Mission and Ministry Commitment to be $5000 paid in increments, motion seconded by Jen Drees, all members vote unanimously yes. Motion approved.
President’s Report – Constitution outlines officer and board positions, and council meeting months and voter’s meeting months. Board Chairs should conduct their meeting with their board members- then board chairs will share info from their meeting with council at council meetings
Treasurer’s Report – Spreadsheet was given to all voting members present. Spreadsheet consisted of Cash Increase/Decrease for the month of June and Year to Date, included
Actual 2024, Budget 2024, Prior 2023 Amounts. Report also shows Revenues from Regular Envelopes & Other Receipts, Expenses – broke out into categories of Pastoral Support, Church Properties, Administration, Debt Payments, All Other.

Fellowship Chair: Ruth Aguirre
Motion made by Bob Lee to accept all names on the ballot for officer and chair/board positions, motion seconded by Rich Zanter, all voting members voted unanimously yes, motion approved.
Closing Prayer - Pastor Ben and voting members said Psalm 67 together.
